ଆମ ୱେବସାଇଟ କେବେ କେବେ ତକାନିକୀ ସମସ୍ଯା , ସର୍ଭର ରକ୍ଷାଣାବେକ୍ଷଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ବା ଅନ୍ଯାନ୍ଯ ଅପରିହାର୍ଜ୍ୟ କାରଣରୁ ଅସ୍ଥାୟୀ ଭାବରେ ଅପସ୍ଥିତ ହୋଇପାରେ । ଏହି ସମୟରେ ବ୍ୟବହାରକାରୀ ଏହାକୁ ଏକ ସାଧାରଣ ତ୍ରୁଟି ଭାବରେ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବେ ।

୦୨. ସେବା ବିଛିନାତ /Service Interruption.

ଆମେ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରିଥାଉ ଯେ ବ୍ୟବହାରୀ ଙ୍କୁ ନିରନ୍ତର ସେବା ଦେବାକୁ, କିନ୍ତୁ କେବେ କେବେ ଅନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ଯୁକ୍ତ ସମସ୍ଯା ବା ତୃତୀୟ ପକ୍ଷ ଦ୍ଵାରା ହେଇଥିବା ବିଛିନାତ ପାଇଁ ଆମେ ଦାୟୀ ନୁହେଁ ।

୦୩. ନିୟମ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ /Changes to Policy:

ଆମେ ଯେବେ ବି ଏହି ନିୟମ ଏବଂ ସର୍ତ୍ତାବଳୀରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରିପାରିବୁ । ବ୍ୟବହାରିଙ୍କର  ଦାୟିତ୍ଵ ହେଇଛି ନିୟମ ଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ପୁନଃ ଦେଖିବାର ଅଛି ।  

5. ଦାୟିଦ୍ଵ ର ସୀମା /Limitation of Liability:

ସର୍ଭର ବିଘାତ , ତଥ୍ୟ ହାନି, ବିଳମ୍ବ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଅସୁବିଧା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହାରକାରୀ ମାନେ ଏହାକୁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବେ । ଯଦି ବିଳମ୍ବ  ବା ଅସୁବିଧା ଟି ଦୀର୍ଘ ଦିନ ଲାଗିରୁହେ ଆମେ ବ୍ୟବହାରୀ ଙ୍କୁ PDF କିମ୍ବା Link , ବ୍ଯବହାରୀଙ୍କ Mail ରେ send କରେଇପାରିବୁ  ।

6. ବ୍ୟବହାରକାରୀ ସମ୍ମତି (User Agreement)
